what happens to an electric current produced from an electromagnet when the direction of the magnetic field changes

  when the direct of the electromagnet changes , the current direction reverse and the current production continues, likewise if the direction of the current changes in the production of electromagnet the  magnet reverse its poles, meaning north pole changes to south pole and vice versa.
