What Is The Daughter Nucleus Produced When 123in Undergoes Electron Capture

WHEN iodine undergo electron capture , an electron  fall into the nucleus and is captured by a proton, the proton change to neutron, the total number of proton decrease by one while the atomic mass remain the same. the new nucleus formed is tellurium-123, because iodine is having atomic number of 53.
