why is it impossible to know precisely the velocity and position of an electron

it is practically impossible to know the position and velocity  of a moving object, the more we know the velocity the position disappear, as we know the position the velocity disappears , when an object has a velocity it is displaced, and displacement is simply lost of position, and an object has a position it move come to a standstill and likewise lost of velocity, therefore practically the more certain we are with a position the more we lost the velocity
