Why Does The Pressure Inside A Container Of Gas Increase If More Gas Is Added To The Container?

the pressure of a gas is proportional to the number of moles of a gas . according to the ideal gas gas law  PV=nRT  , P α n where n is the number of moles , n is related to the masss of the gas , n = mass of the gas/ atomic mass of its molecules
therefore the amount is the number of  mole of the gas, since p α  n , as we increase the amount of gas in the container the pressure also increases.
